Not very helpful. The female on the phone made me feel that l shouldn't of rung asking for help cause I no longer have my dog registered at that practice. Rather ignorant

They are very gracious to our reactive senior dog. Don’t push unnecessary treatment to make money either which makes a change these days!

Saw veterinary Andrew who was not only patient and friendly with my JRT, he was very thorough in his examination, he also took the time explain the possible reasons for my dogs strange behaviour. My dog is now a much happier dog, virtually pain free, it's put my mind at rest. I can't thank the medivet team enough.

I had to get an emergency appointment for my big old ginger Tom as he was struggling with his teeth. David the vet was absolutely fantastic with him, my cats such a timid thing, but David was so so good and quick with fixing him up as well as putting me at ease (I always get riddled with pet mum guilt whenever any of my animals get poorly). I’m can’t put into words how greatful I am! I’d also like to say thank you to the receptionist Amber and Leah for being so friendly and kind.

Best vet ever! Cannot fault anyone at this practice. Their care for our dog is amazing.....cannot rate them high enough!
