They are marvelous,so caring,so sympathetic, brilliant practice,the staff are very efficient the nurses are so knowledgeable, Tasha, Olivia and all staff are fantastic as well as treating my animals they have empathy with the owners .

Medivet Horley were exceptional with our dogs, from start to finish they went over and above all the other vets in the area even before we were registered clients with them. The team were so friendly and welcoming and thanks to this team both our dogs had successful operations.

We can not thank Medivet Horley enough for the amazing care and treatment we received for our dogs there. Our dogs needed a procedure that was considered high risk and they were the only Practice in Horley who sought expert specialist advice on how to support them through this. The team were so friendly and professional and made our dogs welcome from the very first visit. When it comes to our pets it is so important to have peace of mind they are in safe hands. Every time I've been here the staff have been amazing. My dog gets quite nervous and they have always been very accommodating for her. Huge thank you to Alex who provided lots of care to ensure my dog was as comfortable as possible, she also calculated the costed difference of being on the medivet plan for me, which saved me from paying a large sum at the end of the consultation. She also gave some diet tips for my dog who has put on a little weight since being spayed. Really thankful for her time today and her genuine care for my dog

Disappointed with the lack of thorough care and transparency. Despite concerns about my cat's health, I felt rushed through the consultation and received an exorbitant estimate for a dental procedure. Opting for a second opinion elsewhere, I discovered more reasonable pricing and better care. Requesting a refund for the poor quality consultation.

I have been with Medivet Horley for eleven years now. And up till now I was very happy with the service. Last Monday I asked for a repeated prescription and was told to wait 48 hours, bear in mind that this medicine is essential for my dog to take. After this time period had passed and I didn't get a single message, email or phone call, I got a bit worried due to the importance of the medicine. Therefore I called them and they told me that the prescription was ready and to pick it up the next day. I went straight away instead of tomorrow, and saw that the prescription was issued the same day I requested it but there was no notification sent to me (something that they always used to do). Therefore I made a complaint about this when picking up the prescription. And 30 minutes later I got an angry phone call from Natasha the head nurse, insisting that she sent me a notification of which I have no evidence of having received. And proceeded to tell me that they had no responsibility to check and see if I had received any notification. The head nurse spoke very rudely and inappropriately, and even mentioned that they had a zero tolerance for verbal abuse???, when all I had done up until then was issue a complaint (making me feel very bad even though I was the one that had been shouted at) .If simply making a complaint is considered verbal abuse, then are we not allowed to say anything anymore? Overall I was very disappointed with this interaction and the handling of this situation. I don't feel comfortable anymore coming to this practice, is there a way to resolve this?

Great first healthcare visit at Medivet Horley Staff super friendly and Vet Daiana Verdes was really informative and gentle with my mum cat and kitten
