I've been practice manager since 2011. I run the practice along with my wife and head vet Louise. Having worked in the pet and aquatics trade my entire life, I was keen to manage the practice with Louise in order to offer a high standard of customer care for all breeds of pets.

I grew up surrounded by birds and other animals, sparking my interest in a veterinary career. I decided to specialise in exotic medicine – a subject I've always been passionate about. After working in practices for years, I recognised a need for better services for all species and took over management in 2009 alongside my husband, Stuart. I'm now the East of England representative to the British Veterinary Association Council. We live with our son, Alex and miniature schnauzer, Humphrey.

Head Veterinary Nurse

I qualified in 1992 as a vet nurse and joined the team in April 2018 as Head Nurse. I lived in Canada for a while and was employed at an emergency clinic, among others, where I developed an interest in emergency and critical care work. After growing up surrounded by dogs and cats (and the occasional rabbit, guinea pig and many hamsters), I always knew I wanted to be a veterinary nurse. I'm also proud to have trained many student nurses, and have an award in dog training and behaviour, which is my favourite area of interest. At home I have a 10-year-old border collie called Taylor and enjoy walking and training her. I'm also an avid fan of TV crime series'

I've worked as a nurse for five years, gaining my Diploma and Registered VN status in 2016. I'm particularly interested in Nutrition and Weight Clinics, and am working towards the Veterinary Nursing Advanced Programme for Exotics and Wildlife. I've always loved animals and knew from a young age that this was my ambition. In my spare time I walk the dogs and love kayaking and spending time with my family. I share my home with two dogs, Dexter and Raffy, Bagheera the cat, Timone and Pumba the guinea pigs, Nala the Leopard Gecko and Will the corn snake.

After deciding that a graphic design degree wasn’t right for me, I trained and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse. After working in the industry for over 27 years, I joined the practice in November 2015. When not working, I enjoy walking the dog and gardening. I also have a creative side, with a interest in arts and crafts including knitting, quilting and sewing. At home, I'm a pet-parent to a clan of five; Stanley and Pixie the dogs, Charlie and Luna the cats and Oreo and Humphrey the guinea pigs.

I joined the team in February 2015. With many years experience working in the pet retail trade, I've gained experience and qualifications in dog nutrition, flea and worm treatments and dog training. I've always had a strong interest in animals, more specifically their behaviour and so a career in practice seemed to be the perfect fit. At home, I live in Salhouse and have my own labradoodle, Max, who is only a year and a half old. I also enjoy travelling, camping and watching films with my husband Carl.

I recently got two beautiful mini-lops. Unfortunately, I knew something wasn't right with my girl about a day after bringing them home. I had already registered with All Creatures as my breeder had recommended them and they seemed like the best place for rabbits even though they're quite far for me (I'm in South Norwich). I rung them with my concerns over my bunnies and they saw me the same day. The vets are fantastic, very compassionate and run you through their concerns, etc. and the best course of action but ultimately leaving it in your hands to decide what's best for your pet. As a second time rabbit owner I was really scared and doing this alone because my partner is currently away in the States. They were so comforting and the reception team were great as well. It's not the easiest of places to get to without a driving license but it's worth it because I know they're getting the best care here. Thank you to the whole team for nursing my little baby back to health. She's still recovering but things are looking up and I can't thank them enough for their fast response and professional advice.

I find the Vets very good. Always good with our nervous rescue dog. We recently changed from a local larger Veterinary practice which we found just too big and impersonal so we are much happier here. My only negative is , the reception staff could be a bit more friendlier and outgoing.

My poor boy! Unfortunately, we've been patients of this terrible practice for over 5 years. My boy suffers with bad ears. They keep giving us all sorts of drops and tablets but never actually fixing the problem. We've been going there about my boys ears forever and all they ever do is charging us for consultation, give us some drops that i can buy online for less than half price and nothing else. We've been there only last month about his ears , £70 later and drops that calm him down for a week, we are back to square one! My poor boy is having same problems again! 5 years! And you never bothered to fix my boys illnesses. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Moving to another vet. All about money money money

Always so lovely and so helpful unlike some vets I have used previously. I have pet birds and rabbits and they have been checked over and treated and I’ve never had a problem. People who have mentioned not understanding certain vets at this practice need to be more careful of how they come across because if it wasn’t for them, I would be up the creek without a paddle as Norwich is poor for exotic vets. Always will be with these vets and always will recommend. Thank you again for being understanding and helpful when we found out our bunnies were boys instead of girls 🤦🏻‍♀️. 💜🦜🐇
