Sadly I am leaving this review due to our lovely ragdoll Sugar passing away. It was a week of stress and sadness for our family, but I could not fault the Horsford team at all. From the first visit, they all were very kind and professional and respectful. On the last day when we lost Sugar, they went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. In terms of pricing, I don't believe they are any more expensive than other local vets. It is what it is. Thank you team for looking after us at this sad time.

I have now left this vets as the service has degenerated since Medivet took control. My impression is that they are a money orintated group. We left a previous vet as they were swallowed up by a large group, All Creatures were then independant, the lure of gold was too much for the owners, so they sold up. I have found a truly independant vet now and for the time being, happy.

I have been coming to this practice for around 7 years now. Their knowledge of guinea pigs is exceptionally good, and they have looked after my eldest piggie through two operations. I have no hesitation on recommending these guys for exotic pets.

All Creatures have always cared well for my pets. Recently we had to make a very difficult decision. All Creatures handled our pet's care with compassion and made us feel very well supported at this difficult time.

While travelling to Norfolk for a holiday on the 06/04/2024 our beloved pug Nala sadly suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away in the car ,the only vet open that we could find was this medivet .on arrival they took Nala from us and took myself and my grandaughter to their quiet room ,everything was dealt with in a lovely respectful way .They arranged a beautiful cremation and had Nala back to us within 4 days. The casket was beautiful and the personal sympathy card was overwhelming.Thank you to the whole team for everything you did for myself and Nala I would never be able to thank you enough………

Booted from the health plan with zero warning, essentially, they are trying to push people to a more expensive and less comprehensive plan without giving any details not even prices. and they fail to respond. Will be going elsewhere. Seems like the practise is going downhill.
