DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. I had an absolutely appalling experience with this practice due to their shocking lack of communication and incompetent administration. I was paying £14 every single month for a pet plan via direct debit, yet I later received a letter claiming I suddenly “owe” £136 for treatment that was carried out while the pet plan was active and being paid for. Despite taking my money every month, they later cancelled the pet plan due to a so-called “missed appointment” and then attempted to retrospectively charge me for treatment that was already covered. That is not how contracts work, and it is certainly not how you treat clients. This entire situation appears to be the result of their own internal failures, yet instead of taking responsibility, they’ve tried to pass the cost onto me. I have full proof of payment, but that didn’t stop them from trying their luck anyway. If you value transparency, basic competence, and not being chased for money you don’t owe, take your pet elsewhere. I would never trust this practice again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up to any kind of “plan” with them.
