Can’t believe the service I was given , A*, and the vet is an genius, flowing with great advice and talked me through every step , my cat left healthy and extremely happy (could be the meds) . Thankyou from me and aurora !

在经过装修以后这里的所有的员工已经换成新的了 我是每个月付13英镑多 包含了每六个月的检查 然后给猫的一些跳蚤 各种虫的治疗 前段时间收到几封邮件让我带着猫去做一个健康的检查 我就带猫去了 才发现这家医院发生了很大的变化 不像以前那么繁忙 非常安静 几乎没有人 当医生给我的猫检查以后 他并没有主动给我猫一些治疗虫的药物 然后我问他要了 回到家才发现 只给我的猫了一颗每三个月的药 和一颗每六个月的药 OMG 不知道怎么形容 我准备要取消这种付款的计划 感觉不值得

Newly remodeled and loving the experience - my two cats are very well cared for here. I especially like the new waiting room with the separate cat and dog areas. Lovely Australian vet listened to my concerns and responded to each one.

A good walk in vets, professional and friendly. A bit pricey but that’s because I’m used to vets outside London. If your pets in distress, trust these vets.

I was so sorry to hear that the practice is closing and Loraine will no longer be working there, she is absolutely brilliant at her job giving advise and suppo to all especially to Monte , my dog has been there many time with one thing and another and has always been very well looked after . The vets and loraine are going to be missed , I now have to look for another vet . I wish Loraine the very best and I have tosay she will be an asset to any vet practice . Regards, Gail

The vets are very nice people but not good at their job. I brought my cat for a check up and it wouldn’t stand still Which is normal it’s a cat.. The vet asked ,” is she always like that ? I’ve never seen anything like this before… “ That just shocked me.. I have never seen a cat that stands still in my life before idk what cats they’ve been treating.
