We initially tried to book online, for Wed at 6pm, but it wouldn't let us, so we ended up phoning and making the appointment. The 6pm slot was available online, but it wasn't letting us book. Apart from that. So far, good with Medivet Cross Street with the staff, their friendliness and how they treat our dog. Overall, Medivet charges are very expensive.

This practice have been caring for our 11 year old Cockapoo since she was a puppy. I have absolute faith and trust in David (vet) and Grace (vet) and could not recommend them highly enough. All the staff are welcoming, caring and efficient.

The prices keep going up and are now extremely high as a result. I love this practice -have been a client for 11 years now- but the price inflation and the pressure on selling services the vet doctors are clearly under will start making it very uncompetitive soon. It has reached some silly height at this point, meaning the dogs are now less well cared for as a result as all clients are having to really limit the treatments the practice recommends at each visit even for small ailments, potentially missing some key treatment the animal may actually need.

The staff at Medivet Angel are excellent with the care they provided for us.They went an extra mile to help organise financial help which I never thought existed. After receiving upsetting news on my cats health
Throughout the ordeal they were on the phone to me constantly when I needed comfort and reassurance .
The vet team were hands on with care for my cat and me . I cannot express enough in words how grateful I am with the service they have provided.
