I wish you had a few more seats. An elderly lady had to stand because a young woman wouldn't put her cat in the cage, under her chair .The poor cat had my Jackchu absolutely enthralled. The vet we saw was lovely and so were the other staff .Thanks again 😊

I feel the surgery could be more transparent with prices. The staff member that took my original phone call was inexperienced. I had no idea of the cost of the treatment before my dog went in for a check up. I had to wait 15 mins for a printed out invoice as I was only given the credit card slip. I was shocked at the amount and no one spoke to me about my insurance and whether I could claim. There needs to be well trained people on reception. It’s a very important job. We need prices, we need to know the length of appointment we are paying for. Everything is a mystery when it comes to going to the vet and it’s usually a huge financial shock.

The Receptionist and all staff showed tired and not really friendly, I had to pay the vaccine of the day and in advance the vaccination that will do in 4 weeks. And it’s expensive.
