Meet your Partner, Jose Rodriguez Valencia
Hello! My name is José and I have been with Medivet Kidlington as a Partner since 2012. I am originally from Spain but decided to move to the UK after two years working as a mixed animal Vet in the north west part of Spain. I live with my wife, our two children and lovely cat Pandora. Pandora was left by the front door of the clinic in a cardboard box one morning so I adopted her!

A well managed and very friendly practice. Staff are excellent-always a friendly welcome and very efficient. Jose its a brilliant vet and I have been very happy with the way he has managed my dog's health over the years.

I did bring the cats a bit early because although I’d had a text reminder that the appointment was at 9.30 I also discovered a printed sticker on a business card saying that it was a little earlier, and it was too early to ring and clarify. I did double check after the appointment and there’s a definite inconsistency. If that’s never happened before then I assume it’s a weird glitch and anyway it was fine in the end….i don’t know how you manage to reassure stressed cats so well but it’s amazing to watch!

Everyone at Medivet in Kidlington are so friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about the animal's welfare and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would highly recommend this Medivet. I urgently needed my dog seen to as his cornea ruptured and I had called multiple Medivet’s in and around the area and even though José and the team were back to back they squeezed my dog in to be seen during his lunch break. He was even messaging my normal vet to update them on what was happening! They clearly truly care for animals and I cannot thank the whole team enough.

Welcome to our Kidlington practice where Veterinary Surgeon Jose Valencia leads our kind and caring team. We've been caring for the community's pets for over 10 years and are located just 5 miles from Oxford, and 3 miles from Woodstock.
We have a large parking area and a beautiful, spacious garden.
