As a new client to your Vet Surgery and still relatively new to West Sussex, I found it easy to find the Surgery, pleased that there was adequate parking outside and the automated opening front door was great, when carrying a cat in a heavy carrier.
Nice to be able to put my cat carrier on a 'stand' so that he wasn't on the floor. The waiting room was quiet which is so important for cat appointments. Appointment was just for vaccination etc., whole consultation took place in an orderly manner and the vet was very gentle with my cat, such that there wasn't a miow heard and he enjoyed his treats after his jab!
Thank you.
