A very caring team, both on the phone and in the surgery. Every time I needed an appointment, I managed to get one. The surgery is easily accessible, with on-site, off the road parking available. I highly recommend Fitzalan House Vets to all who want the best for their pets.

Amazing, warm, and friendly service, just as it was many years ago when we had pets . My lab didn't even fuss about going in. But a fuss was made of her to put her at ease. This is the best vetinary practice, IMHO!

Our cat recently needed surgery and we were so worried because, before we registered our two girls here they went to a different vets to be neutered (a couple of years ago) and one got a horrible infection but the surgery they did here was fantastic, so neat and it caused barely any discomfort to Tilly. She didn’t even need to use the cone collar. I could tell the passion for the job the vet and nurses have, they took the time to explain everything and they nicked named Tilly the floof, she even rolled over for them which she doesn’t usually do around strangers so they get the Tilly approval and that’s the most important! Thank you for making this as seamless as it could be and being attentive to the needs of the individual pets and owners
