It was quite expensive for routine injection . Worming and flee treatments. Prices seem to have risen very sharply since the practice as been taken over my medi vetc

I've been bringing my two cats to this practice since I moved to Derby and have always found it a pleasant experience. All the staff are friendly and efficient and the service is excellent, I have already recommended it to work colleagues and friends.

Please provide a receipt breakdown for payment the price fluctuates everytime we visit for the same thing. The price paid and quality of care to our vet before medivet took over in comparable, many smaller thing are now changed for and the price has increased almost twice over. Staff are always nice and friendly

Consulting room is now very small and cramped with no natural light. My dog isn’t normally stressed and difficult at appointments but she was in this new look smaller room.

The receptionist was a bit slow in retrieving my bill and there was a mistake on it but was rectified. I found the consultation room very small. The vet was lovely
