AVOID!!! Firstly I don’t appreciate the vet stinking of cigarettes in a tiny little room it is not very professional and should be a clean sterile environment! This so called vet does not meet promised time lines or deliver what she had sold. Vet and staff very argumentative and lack basic communication skills. Its just rudeness. They do not prioritise your pet’s well-being. As a minimum you would expect the vet to examine and touch your pet and to express a professional opinion . During our first consultation it didn’t feel right. I wish I had listened to my intuition Read lowest reviews first then the newest DO NOT THINK they can't be that bad Trust me. They are if not worse If you don’t want to be ripped off I’d use another vet.

Have depended on the superb care that the vets at this practice have provided for my Standard Poodle Geddy many times in the last 4 years. Highly recommended, Joao and Johann the vets and the veterinary nurses are fantastic.

Well done Medivet -your new premises are welcoming bright & airy plus there is plenty of parking nearby. This practice really cares for our pets & I have every confidence in the team. I can highly recommend Medivet Llandaff North.

Sadly, since moving to the new premises on Station Road, the phone is never answered, the queue system just cuts you off before you get to talk to anyone, appointments are often delayed without apology or explanation, and the vet seems rushed. I've been trying to get results from my pet's blood test results, promised within 24 hours, for a couple of days now. Nobody answers the phone, and nobody contacts me...after paying £225. Very frustrating.

As usual the experience was superb. Friendly receptionist and wonderful attention from Joan the vet. He really is fantastic. My dogs are rescue and a bit jumpy but he is so skilled in handling their worries as well as mine! Joan and Johann ( another vet ) are the DREAM TEAM. Nice new premises too

Have been using this practice and the previous (Cumins) vets for our cats since 2001. Would recommend them for their professionalism at all times.

I've been bringing my pets to this practice since 1991 and they've always been kindly and expertly cared for. One dog had to have 2 cruciate ligament repairs and luckily this practice has the expertise to have been able to do it in-house. Our current 3 dogs are being kindly cared for with all their differing needs. Thank you to all the staff, but especially Joao and Johann.
