I can’t imagine taking my cat anywhere else. It’s well worth the drive from the other side of Cardiff for the great staff and the calm environment free of barking dogs or screeching parrots.

The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and relaxing for our cat. The appointment started on time and we experienced no delays. The vet was excellent and explained everything clearly, we left happy we had done the best by our cat.
