The cat was booked in to be spayed you quoted me £126 after a pre op check up the vet on his own back added a further £200 plus for unnecessary blood work, he didn’t discuss this with me that’s all he did was weigh and check the cats heart she’s only 8 months old plus he asked if I knew how much the spaying was to which I replied yes , I contacted the vets in the morning after the pre op to enquire why the estimate ( it was emailed to me ) had risen by over £200 they said the vet added it then I was told they couldn’t find the £50 deposit I gave them they confirmed that the spaying was £126 as first told not very professional at all

I was astonished too find that my account was in debit when I had paid my bill immediately. When I queried it and said that I had paid, I was told 'prove it'. On producing the proof, there was no apology for the surgery's mistake. This is a very poor way to treat your customers. If I had paid cash, I would have had no recourse. I will be changing the veterinary practice that I use.

Vet Corinne was lovely and fully explained my cat's dental treatment and follow-on medication. I was reassured that she cared. The waiting room was spacious and clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Rubbish - appointment 15mins late, no apology, only seemed interested in whether we had your PetPlan - terrible experience.
