Service was fine although receptionists seem to be more interested in chatting and using their phones than gving their attention to the clients. The vet was very good although the price of £132 for annual boosters and a script for flea and worm tablets seems excessive. An increase of 10% over last year. Was at the practice for about 10 minutes

Without want to sound racist in any way, most of you vetinerians are foreign and it is very difficult to understand them. The lady we had consultation with appeared to be researching on Google on her phone in front of us 🤦♂️

Had appointment for annual booster vaccination but Re-arranged date with plenty of notice, my dog wasn’t well and in season, no problem in getting a new date but was fined when paying my bill, once for re-arranging and second for not collecting flea/worm treatment on time which would have been due at the first appointment date, nothing was explained about these fines, think it’s disgusting in this day and age when us dog lovers look after, care and love our dogs to be fined for such ridiculous reasons, just way of lining pockets.

The lady who treated my dog was excellent, she listened to my concerns and took suitable action all the while with amazing patience and care for my dogs wellbeing.

However, the vets have never been on time for any of our appointments. They’re always late, over 15 minutes at our last appointment. Longer in previous appointments. Not great when you’ve got a day full of appointments scheduled or errands to run and causes a knock on effect for your whole day.
I understand how appointments can run over. But not at 9:15am & at every single appointment. Time keeping is important and needs to be worked on here.
