Boosters were due, but was not identified during check. I had to ask the vet to check, then boosters were given.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and they really seem to care for my pet's wellbeing and understand her needs. Thwy sre incredibly caring and you genuineluvfeel staff will look after your pet thoroughly. My only criticism would be that, despite having the same regular treatments, often the prices can fluctuate quite a lot.

I recently moved and my previous vets was medivets. The service I received was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. The receptionist were so helpful and friendly and the vet was really lovely too 😊 I'll definitely recommend

Service at last appointment was bad took four days before my cat was seen. Despite phone calls staff ,as promised failed to let me know the result of urine test.
I was eventually seen by Vlad, I expressed my dissatisfaction but did receive a satisfactory consultation.

We found the staff helpful and interested in our concerns. Our local practice at Faversham had not been good that morning, the receptionist was most unhelpful. However the receptionist at Bearsted who was very helpful put us onto Minster surgery and we were very happy with the service we received.
