Although I think Medivet is somewhat expensive at over £120 for a 15 minute appointment and 1 month's supply of fairly routine medication, the vet gave excellent advice and did his best to make my dog ( a rather awkward rescue dog) feel comfortable.

The surgery has been refurbished but looks very clinical, not a reassuring space and echoes. Although needing updating and presenting in a more professional way the display of animals which attend the surgery has been removed as has advertising posters which is a shame.

The reception area looks great after a refurbishment. The receptionist was polite and friendly.
The vet was extremely thorough and professional. He was very good with Wilf our Lurcher. Wilf had a thorough examination even though the appointment was for a vaccination. Overall our experience was very positive.

After many changes in vets, I was so happy to meet Dan. He was so kind and helpful, listening to issues and explaining lots to me. I’m thinking Ralph will be in good hands going forward with consistent care. He t makes all the difference. Thank you

Very happy with care my cat has received.Was seen by Vlad on 2 occasions.Very professional and has a good way with animals .Explained diagnosis and treatment plan very clearly.Staff always very helpful snd friendly .

George was so amazing with my dog Boo, I will be asking to see him again.
Boo is scared of the vet, he got on the floor with her and made friends he made a real effort to make her feel comfortable.

We perform specialised surgical procedures and are one of a handful of centres in the area specialising in orthopaedic surgery including hip, elbow, knee and patella groove replacements. We also provide laser therapy and physiotherapy programmes with a qualified physiotherapist.
