I had a serious situation with my pet when she wasn’t eating and was clearly in pain.. I phoned on the Thursday to be told there was no vet on site until Monday. Leaving my pet in pain for 4days due to not having a vet available at a vets surgery isn’t acceptable. If you don’t have the recourse available to offer services during open hours this should be clearly stated in advance to warn registered patients that you are not able to provide support on those days.

I like that claims can be put through directly to Pet Plan, without having to fill a form in every time. Staff always polite and helpful

My dog Freddy enjoys going to the vet which is usually uncommon for dogs. This is because everyone he goes, he receives lots of attention from the staff. The staff are kind, caring and very responsive on the phone. I cannot really fault them on their care for Freddy at all however, it would be really lovely to have a vet or vets who are permanent and not having to repeat information every time we go. But overall, really happy with the service and most importantly Freddy is happy.

The vet is very helpful and can answer any questions. They have always been able to fit me in even at short notice. The monthly plan is fantastic value for money. Very reasonably priced! Couldn’t ask for any more.

The only downfall was that the vets are having a refurb and are closing and we were not told that at the time of registering so now we have to go to Wigan or St Helens for now.
