I ordered repeat medications which were dispensed quickly, but when I went to collect them on the same day after work, it was closed by 6.20 when I got there, despite being open until 7pm on the website. I now have to wait until Monday to collect.

I will no longer be using Medivet Petts wood following our recent experience. We brought our pet in for a routine vaccine and general check-up and walked out with her being covered in fleas. We have now spent the last two weeks trying to clear the fleas from her fur, clean and sanitise the house and anything potentially contaminated within it. This has cost us an extreme amount of time and effort, not to mention money. When our pet then came down with a high temperature directly caused by the fleas, Medivet not only lied saying their was no directly link, but had zero accountability, zero apology, zero acknowledgement and failed accommodate us in the slightest. Instead, changed our appointment type for a more expensive consultation and proceeded to charge us more money.

After being with medivet practices since 2016, this is by far the worst. More concerned with making money than the well-being of our pet. Would rather us buy every product under the sun from them than get to the actual root cause of her issues, even telling us we should do the same tests we’d just paid for again before even giving us results! Oh and they took 5 days to give us the results too despite them having them! This practice is a money pit. Do your pets a favour and find another vets. Our new one is brilliant. First time seeing our dog and has put her on medication to clear out a UTI that Medivet Petts Wood left our dog in discomfort with for the past for a month. Absolute shambles and an embarrassment to medivet and vets in general.

Been using this branch for past ten years , before it was taken over by Medivet, and always found them to be very friendly and efficient. You get to know the vets and they get to know you and your pets and the current team are very knowledgable and efficient. Very good with my cats , always feel they are special when we visit.

The vets are very friendly and helpful never had a bad visit with pickle (my cat) yet all of them love him there and he loves them
