I had taken my cat Lucy here, she was having trouble swallowing and had a suspected tumor, after tests she did have quite a bad inoperable tumor the next day we took Lucy to be put to sleep as she was struggling to breath, I can't thank the vets and staff enough for how caring they were it is a lovely vets, they really care for the animals Thank you for taking such good care of her

Luis is a very professional and friendly Vet ,, he was fabulous with my cat this week with an abscess on his tail ..Thankyou so much for your service Luis ... great vets very quick to respond great staff very polite. I have been coming here for18 years and would not go anywhere else.

Took my mom's cats in to be spayed and neutered, staff were friendly and welcoming. Mom's cats were well looked after.

I've been coming to this practice for over 50 years when it was Kirby and Cooke. They always took great care of my pets. However, sadly, under this new ownership, the scandalous price increase is simply profiteering. My dog had an operation to stop its knee dislocating mmin March 2022 costing £900. Her other leg dislocated last week, and I was quoted £2200 for the same operation. Outrageous increase. I will be looking for a new practice

Spoke to the receptionist yesterday and today (25/06/24) and what a sweet and kind lady! booked me in for the dates i was after and was just lovely in general need more people like her!!!

We have just got back from seeing Dr Pegg with our ten month old puppy. Dr Pegg was his usual caring knowledgeable and reassuring self. We cannot thank him and his team for the excellent service they provide. Dr Pegg not only reassures adults/owners but he is kind and considerate to the animal . Thank you once again

Would definitely recommend this vets practice to other pet owners. They are very kind and professional and are always available same day when we have an emergency. They handled the passing of my cat with dignity and compassion.
