Whilst the emergency appointment went well and vet Emily was lovely - I made a mistake and we attended for what I thought was a pre booked appointment the night before. I had inadvertently booked it for the week after.
When we attended for the mistake appointment the receptionist was no help despite being able to see that our dog was limping badly she did not show any care, compassion. She just said i’ve only one vet on there is nothing I can do and went back to her computer. There was no offer to try and find us another appointment for the next couple of days or even a quick word with the vet.
If we had not used this practice for all our pets and we had vet Emily who restored our faith then I will be seriously considering what vet to use for future pets

Appointment for annual checkup & jabs went well for my little daisy. Shannon was brilliant with her, as daisy was nervous, very gentle & caring & helped with all my questions etc too. Thank you so much to all the staff at Pype Hayes medivets :)

The staff at Pype Hayes medivet are all so friendly & helpful.
My little shih tzu dog daisy had her 6 monthly check up recently & it went really well. The nurse / vet, was so gentle , checking her over thoroughly, making sure everything was ok. She asked me of any concerns too & didn't rush the appointment. I've been with this veterinary practice since I adopted my dog nearly 5 years ago, & wouldn't go anywhere else. Easy to book appointments & also order daisy's flea, tick & worming treatments too. I'd definitely recommend this practice. Thank you so much ❤️ 🐾
