We've always had a warm welcome and second to none care for our pets here. But after our sibling, 7 month old sprocker puppies had to undergo emergency surgery after swallowing foreign body. They explained every step needed and kept us upto date throughout. The outcome could have been so different, but all staff went above and beyond with their care. We can't thank you all enough for your time and effort before, during, and after surgery.

The emergency admission of the poor dog that was ahead of us was completely unavoidable but we did feel very let down by the lack of information we were given to keep us informed whilst we waited for over an hour!
