The staff and practice have always be to the highest standard possible, always clean and tidy, staff well knowledge in the practice of looking after your pet. For me and my cat we both say hello to the staff when we see them, although Jess says it more often than I do. This brings a smile to one and all who come across him. When it became our turn to go in, the staff welcomes you often saying their name and showing you where which room to go. Very polite staff, well trained, clean working area. Compassion for bereaved owners of pets who are at life's end, All round exceptional vets and staff alike, very happy with your service, cannot find fault with anything. 9 out of ten because no such thing as a perfect ten, but you are as close as is possible to get. The service you provide is exceptional and second to none, the staff are very friendly and always ready to talk about your individual pets problem. The waiting area in the vets is very clean and friendly, and would recommend your service to any person who needs a vet. The service provided has been excellent and continues to improve as they care what happens to your pets. The staff have always been very helpful and well informed about the sort of problems your cat or dog has found themselves in. The new premises are a huge improvement and I found the parking a lot better. Many thanks to all.

Excellent pet care. They go the extra mile and it shows by contact outside of appointments discussing how things are going and if we need to do anything differently. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Medivet Ramsbottom is the blueprint of how vets should be. Professional, caring, informative and above all extremely good at what they do. Ian and Kay and the team and Medivet Ramsbottom are the only vets I feel 100% confident in to care for my fur family.

Everybody, the staff and most importantly, the vet seem very nice and professional Really I felt so much care and loving for my Jax I feel like I’m in safe hands here Give me some very handy advice and two different times, cut my cats nails for me…. I found them to be very reasonable as well …
