Recently took my kittens to be microchipped the vet i saw was lovely when I asked her to confirm the sex of one of them we weren't sure of she just went right ahead and did it and explained to me how you can tell if its not evident she ran me through what to say to the new owners to pass on about injections and how to change the chip she confirmed how old they were as they were born outside we had a rough guess and the vet confirmed nothing was too much trouble for her and she wasn't pushy just said its my decision what to do if I keep any of them and feel free to contact them if any changes or I want to book them in.And definitely no judgement as it was an unplanned pregnancy.

The staff there are amazing and so friendly! They take amazing care of all my pets. Even my nervous dog gets great care as she can be aggressive at the vets and they always treat her with the same care and attention as the other pets. I actually like going to the vets now as everyone is so amazing.

It was very refreshing not to be coerced into spend money unnecessarily on treatment which my dog did not need.

Roxy was very timid because on her last visit she had blood taken so was very unsure about our visit yesterday. The vet was very understanding and said she didn't want to do anything clinical with her on this occasion and suggested a couple of confidence visits where nothing is done other than reassurance.
