Acupuncture
We offer acupuncture in combination with conventional medicine as an effective treatment plan for many musculoskeletal and other painful conditions. This approach is extremely safe when practice correctly and is well accepted by the majority of animals.

Always easy to get an appointment...if Ripon is closed Thirsk is only 10min away....staff always professional and friendly....highly recommend

We adopted a collie from Lucie's Animal Rescue and she had to go to Skeldale Medivet Thirsk for her second injections we were so impressed with the level of service we immediately changed our then vets to Medivet and have no regrets whatsoever. We now use the Ripon branch (closer to us) we have all our pets registered with them. Fabulous staff and service it's like taking our animals to friends for veterinary treatment.

Would like to thank the receptionist at Ripon and also works at Thirsk ( not sure of name) lovely friendly calm caring manner. To the vets at Thirsk thanks for you care and compassion recently on having to put my dog Yogi to sleep. You made a difficult emotional time, with your care and compassion easier to get through.

Fantastic vets amazing customer care and fast efficient treatment. Recently 2 of my 4 pets had to stay overnight at the Thirsk hospital and the communication was top class keeping me appraised every step of the way. Highly recommend

Friendly, caring and helpful staff. Fairly new client yet they already remember my cats names. Easy to book an appointment. When one was in danger of being dehydrated they saw her within the hour

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the ongoing support you’ve given to both Monty and myself. He loves his visits to help build his confidence, and it’s great for me to have an off load now again. Living with a complex dog takes it toll at times but we have the best team and support to help Monty thrive.
