Always had great experiences with this practice. Receptionist is helpful. All of the vets are very patient and empathetic towards the animals extremely caring. I visited yesterday, rang last minute and they squeezed me in and treated my cat. Can’t fault them, amazing

I like Medivet but your prices are insane. Being charged £49 for a check up when it’s related to the same illness which he was only seen for days earlier?? Daylight robbery!! I asked my cats vet if the blood test she wanted him to have would be about £80 and she said yes - turned out to be £170. I only use Medivet because they are 5 minutes down the road from me and my cat gets sick if he has to travel for me than 10 minutes so my options are limited as to where I can go. As soon as another vet comes along who is just as near, I will look at switching to them

Successful first visit for my miniature dachshund who hasn’t had the best experience with vets so far, good advice received gratefully. Sid was happy and relaxed and showed no reactivity which made me feel very comfortable.

From making the appointment on the phone, to the reassurance and friendliness of Tracy on reception, everything was handled so professionally and with genuine care.
The treatment given to our dog Archie was excellent and we felt completely looked after throughout. Thank you to everyone involved — highly recommended.
