All staff are kind an helpful. Sandra the Vet not only cares for the animal but the person bringing the pet to her. Such a wonderful calming effect on my nervous cat. Clean waiting room and consulting room. Always accommodating with appointments. Helpful advice over the telephone too. Thank you

Sandra (lead vet) is both meticulous and efficient. Having done our Animal Health Certificate for our cat, we are extremely pleased with her professionalism, empathy and quality of care. Thank you for a fuss free, fast certificate accommodating our needs before travelling to France.

I honestly can’t praise Sandra from the practice enough. My dog was recently diagnosed with cancer, and throughout what has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for my family, Sandra has been nothing short of amazing. At every step of the process, she has been kind, calm, compassionate and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions and, most importantly, made us feel that little bit calmer and more reassured during such a frightening time. The love, care and gentleness she showed towards my dog was truly exceptional. It was clear from every interaction just how much she genuinely cares about the animals in her care. I cannot thank Sandra enough for everything she has done for us, and I also want to say a huge thank you to the wider team at Medivet Sidcup Station Road. We have felt incredibly supported throughout, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that genuinely cares.

I cannot fault Medivet, Station Road, Sidcup. The staff on the Reception desk were very friendly and very helpful. As for Sandra, the Vet, she is the best ever.

Took my senior Dog for advice as she had, a couple of very high hyper episodes, whilst I cannot fault the care and advice I received, that was about 10 -15 minutes in length,the cost especially for me being on a state pension for £58 seems rather high, wasn’t so long ago it was £35 which I could just about afford but £58 just for a consultation seems too much, this high cost only deters me from seeking advice unless it gets serious but by then could be too late, surely £5 for 5 minutes would be fair even £10 at a stretch!!
