Your receptionist not friendly at all she saw me struggling to open the door as I had 2 cat in a carrier bag and she sit down not even have the courtesy to help me with the door !

The medication I was asked to buy was extremely expensive, 3 times more expensive than buying online the same brand and product. This is ridiculous.
Half the medication was unnecessary and felt like I was being scammed into buying it. I will not be returning to this place.

Always friendly and helpful on the phone. Very caring approach and nonjudgmental Great with puppies. I had my dog nutered and an eye operation all done smoothly on the same day and after care was great. Reception also very helpful and easy to get appointments and support with insurance enquiries.

The girls at Medivet South Harrow are the best, so lovely, they all care so much about your pets. I have been incredibly anxious to take my cats to the vet after losing my beloved cat Luna, and the team at Medivet South Harrow have put my mind at ease. I have since taken two of my cats to have their teeth cleaned (under general anaesthesia because they are over 8), a very daunting procedure for something that is maintenance, but my two cats are happy and healthy after being looked after by the team. Very grateful to Nicola, Gabi, Lucie, Shannon, and anyone else there involved in the care of my fur babies.
