The only thing that lets this practice down is it is so small! There was another dog who came in and didn't like other dogs so they stood outside in the rain because theres not enough space. However the care that we have received at Southgate Vs the one we used to go to (west green) is miles better in so many ways!

Only lost 1 point because of lack of parking. Absolutely fantastic surgery and staff. I just feel that at least one space outside the surgery should be allocated for the vets, especially those owners with disabilities, as like myself, parking on the side streets and having to carry a pet carrier is difficult.

The reception floor and weighing scale could do with a deep clean and frequent cleaning when necessary during the day.

Dr. Alex and Dr.-from-California (apologies didn't car their name) were friendly, professional, concise, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The receptionist too was lovely and was genuinely happy to see my dog. I had a great experience being looked after by the team here.

Very happy with the service I received. The staff were very friendly. Especially the beautiful receptionist, that was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure my cat was well taken care of.

Receptionist was rude. We were late by 10 minutes due to the morning traffic from Southgate. We thought the appointment waa at 9:20am and not 9:15am. Despite arriving at the surgery exactly 10 mins after the appointment time, I was told we had to rebook. My poor cat had to be taken home and put back in her basket to travel again 1.5 hours later.
