Meet our Partner, Kelly Burrow
I started working for Medivet in August 2010 as a floating vet after I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College. I became a Partner at Medivet 24 Hour Enfield in 2013. I hold a certificate in small animal surgery and am particularly interested in exotic animal medicine. Just like the rest of the team here, I am cat crazy.

My family and I were worried about our dog and we called them out of hours. We got greeted by friendly staff and an appointment in 5 mins. We went and the vets were so kind and caring to my dog 🐶 Thank you and I recommend

Definitely the worst vet I have ever been to. Significantly overcharge you, and when you ask for a cost of the breakdown, the charges do not add up. Firmly believe that they made my dog’s condition worse and that they do not properly care for the animals. They speak to you like you’re a child who is stupid and have many hidden costs with their treatments.

I would like to say a big thank you to medivet Enfield. They are one of kind. Everyone is working hard and proffesional. They always find a balance in everything. The new restoration has improved the way the practice looks, more spacious, fresh, clean and welcoming. DR J.LIGHT and Rolly has always been there for us and our Cat adores them.

The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and clearly very competent. However, I was disappointed by the attitude of a young lady at the reception with dark brown/reddish hair. She was not particularly welcoming, repeatedly told me to leave, and insisted that I call the office instead, despite me only needing very basic information.
My pet was on a leash, as has always been the case during previous visits, so there was no apparent reason for her manner. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and was especially disappointing given that I travelled a longer distance specifically to attend your Enfield practice.
I do intend to return for my pet’s next consultation and hope that this experience will not be repeated. Should similar behaviour occur again, I would not hesitate to raise my concerns directly with the practice manager.
