Amber and the team at Medivet SJW are wonderful! Our dog has some aggression at the vet and they have worked with him over the past few months to get him more comfortable. We go in for "happy" visits and Amber & Emily shower him with treats, pets, and play time. He's much more comfortable now and even pulls me towards the door when we walk by. They have made going to the vet an enjoyable experience, I highly recommend!

One of the best vet surgeries in London. It’s small but super accommodating and I feel our cat got the best care. The nurse is great and the lady at the front desk is fantastic. Only downside is that Medivet in general is very expensive compared to the competition but the service is 5*

Disgusting place with low lever of service and rude receptionist who 1) does not know how to use a booking system 2) does not care for the wellbeing of animals. Avoid this place.

I called Medivet St Johns Wood, and was put in a queue for 2 and a half hours. They just kept repeating that I was caller number 1 in the queue. What is this terrible customer service? Who has the time to be put on hold for more than 2 hours.

Just registered with Medivet. Had an appointment at 4:45PM. Called to let the St John's Wood branch know I was running late due to diverted traffic. Was told by Helena; the receptionist I'll have to rebook as I was late. I asked to please squeeze me in and i'll wait. Helena said she'd do her best. When I arrived, Helena was warm and welcoming. Also helped wipe my Dog down considering he was car sick. The Veterinarian(Amber) who sounded American, was so rude and clearly lacked customer service. Came out to reception and just told me I wouldn't be attended to cause I was 15mins late and it takes 15mins to Vaccinate my pup with so much aggression and just walked off. Meanwhile the clinic was empty. I'm surprised she's a Vet with such appalling attitude. Although I wasted time and money to commute to Medivet, I found another Vet which is way more affordable than MediVet thanks to Helena. Thanks Helena for the positive outcome :)

This is not a comment specifically about Medivet. But why does my dogs monthly Librela injection cost over £100 in England and only €40 in either Germany or Spain? Rip off Britian, Brexit Britian or profiteering by Zeotis UK?

Great experience spaying my female cat. Very reasonable price compared to other vets in the area, plus all the staff was super friendly. 100% recommend.

We have been with this vet for over 1 year and each time the team has been incredibly friendly and caring. It’s easy to book appointments and my dog always receives a lot of treats when he goes for an appointment. Overall, lovely place and could not recommend it more.

I'm always very happy to go to Medivet. There's always a warm welcome, and the staff really care. I know I'm getting the best possible care for my cat.
