I’ve always had a really positive experience with the practice. The team are friendly, professional & clearly care about the animals they treat. Appointments are well organised, communication is clear & I’ve always felt that the advice given is honest & in the best interests of the dog.
A special mention to Chris, the head vet, who has been excellent. He takes the time to properly explain things, never rushes appointments & you can tell he genuinely cares about the welfare of the animals he sees. It’s reassuring to have a vet you trust completely.
Overall I’ve been extremely happy with the level of care, professionalism & kindness shown by everyone at the practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
