As per usual this practise is fantastic, vets are so warm and welcoming and provide you with the best treatment for your beloved pet. The receptionist Jess is so kind and helpful to. I have had many dogs over the years and I can say hand on heart this vet's has been the best I have ever had.

i saw a lovely vet called Ley who really looked after my dog who can be stubborn she gave me some great tips for cleaning my dogs ears and i felt that she really cared for my dog very happy .reception was also very friendly and always acknowledged my dog and helps me with the door as i have a crutch . i always feel cared for

i needed my dogs nails done quite urgently, they got me in on the same day. My dog is not the happiest about having nails trimmed, but they dealt with him brilliantly. I did find it a little expensive, but i guess its danger money as far as my dog goes!!

The staff and service at medivet are very good, polite, friendly compassionate and professional, however, the previous veterinary practice medivet replaced was much more reasonably priced and having the option of spreading the cost of a large bill on a payback plan was far more helpful for unexpected high costs.

Since medivet took over the practice its gone downhill quickly ..
The staff as usual are great but you can see the admin staff are overrun..
Im.always disappointed its going to take a full 2 weeks for my dog to get an xray appointment.
Im.on the verge of moving my dog to a private practice due to appointment availability and the higher cost medivet seem to charge...thats a sad indictment as valley vets has been my vets of choice for all 4 of my past dogs .
