It was my first visit and it went very smoothly, receptionist was very welcoming and the vet was very friendly and welcoming, answered all my questions and concerns. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

Over the past year we have had continuity with the same vet which has been really helpful. The level of service has been of a high standard and our vet has a pragmatic approach to treatment, offering good practical advice.

The vets are very gd at recommending best value for money as products are often overpriced.

Awful standards. The manager excused a vet’s rude behaviour by saying it was “her culture to shout and be loud.” That is not an acceptable justification. It reflects both poor customer service and a troubling attitude to professional conduct. It also unfairly stereotypes people from the Iberian Peninsula. I left seriously concerned about the standard of care and how animals might be treated when owners are not present.

If your thinking of registering here, think agian! Plenty of much better practices in a reasonable proximity. These people do not take their jobs seriously. My cat was booked in for a serious operation which meant she could not eat for 24 hour beforehand. I scheduled the operation a month before and booked time off from work to attend as they are not open weekend, I turned up and sat down for them to realise the person was not actually attending work that day. When I was upset that my cat had been fasting and been through the stress of a car journey, they told me that I could find a better practice if I wanted too and didn’t need to go to them!!! Honestly, the strangest experience no apology, no empathy, just rude dismissive hostile lead vet defending the cancellation of appointment. They have no people OR animal skills, wouldn’t let them near a worm let alone a cat!
