Tried calling on several occasions recently but recorded message kept saying the practice was closed. No idea if that was the case. Went to another vet instead.

Increasingly frustrated since Medivet took over. Been with this vet since I moved to the area 8 years ago and have a cat & dog. The staff are nice but things seem expensive & disfunctional Impossible to get appts, no longer open Saturdays and took them 3 working days to issue a repeat prescription for flea & worming treatment. I’ve had family members leave another Medivet branch recently too to support independent vets because of poor service & treatment. Despite this surgery in a really convenient location for me, I’m p looking into travelling further for a vet to make sure my animals get the treatment they need for a decent price. Medivet is buying up loads of surgeries & really causing problems for pet owners in aggressive pursuit of profit.

The vet was not gentle at all with my elderly cat who was nervous visiting this practice for the first time, spent no time meeting her or reassuring her and was very rough when handling her. For the first time in the 10+ years that I have had her she scratched out at the vet which is hardly surprising, as soon as we got home I switched back to my old practice. Very disappointing.

We've never had any problems with this vet for our cat. Sometime's it's a long wait for an appointment but they've always been friendly and helpful.

Lovely and very professional team. Made my cat as comfortable as posible. staff do really seams to be very caring. Happy I switched to this vet clinic as I do believe my beloved pet in best hands.

We had our lovely girl spayed here not long ago and we would like to thank all the staff so much for keeping her safe and treating her. They were also compassionate and helpful on the phone to us afterwards when we had concerns. The scar has healed so quickly and well!

trust this vet so much my beautiful girl has been coming here and was microchipped, vaccinated and neutered here and shes healing very beautifully. they explain everything thoroughly, prices are affordable for what the service is and theyre rly good with both us and our cat

Ruth and the team are brilliant, always kind, helpful and patient. They made some time for our fur baby for an emergency a few months back. This has been our go to vet for 2+ years.
