Appointment booked for 9am, attended on time to find the place closed. Waited 20 minutes outside with my cat in the rain, no one answering the phone. Horrible service, stressing out my cat for no reason. No even mentioning the fact we recieved Appointment confirmation day before. How hard is to cancel??? Zero organisation

Staff was really friendly and the vet was superb with Milo, my recently adopted cat. We signed up for the healthcare plan, which has great benefits for a very reasonable price, is great!

Went here for the vaccines and all was easy! Managed to set up an appointment with 4 days and the vet was very nice:)

0 Start rating! SHOCKING!!!! Please be carefull taking your pets here! Vet on duty 01/09/23 at 11am should not be allowed to work with people or animals! Asked my mentally ill sister "why are you here and not the PDSA, this will cost you about £200" to which she replied, "I am aware I need to pay an I don't mind my dog is unwell!" Was spoken to as if she should have not bothered them and her dogs issue was not his problem! VILE!

My husband and kids brought my puppy here for his first vaccination. On both occasions he said the lady at reception barely spoke to him and the vet who gave the injection came across as rude. I will not be bringing my puppy back.

I have been coming to this practice for years. Within the last year or so, I have found the quality of care and attention to detail has gone markedly downhill. When I call, I'm lucky if there is an answer - but more often than not there are no available appointments for 2-3 weeks due to the practice being 'overwhelmed by the demand'. The receptionist is clueless and can never locate me in the system and always has to use some roundabout way to find my profile. The opening hours on Google are not accurate. A while ago I got a text message about a free blood pressure check for my cat, which I booked in. This was supposed to be at 10.20 this morning. I arrived at 10.10 and was the only person in the waiting room, both the vet and the receptionist were sat scrolling on their phones when I arrived and the phone kept ringing unanswered. It is now 11.05 and I'm still sat here waiting to be seen because apparently the nurse hasn't turned up for work this morning. All this and not one other person has walked through the door. So I'm just sitting here, in silence, once again unimpressed and dismayed at the total lack of capability or professionalism. 1 hour of my Monday morning wasted sitting here with no end in sight when I'm meant to be working. You claim to be so busy and overwhelmed but it's clear this is due to terrible management and staff who couldn't care less. Sort it out, there are animals who actually need help. If you're not up to the job, shut the practice - simple as that. After 1 hour of sitting there waiting, I left.

MEDIVET SURREY QUAYS HAVE DISABLED MY CAT unfortunately its come to me having to write a review since their complaints team don’t regard this issue important enough. My already sick cat came to surrey quays to get his ear infection treated. Instead of just prescribing antibiotics, we went through a long winded process of pointless ear drops which only made the infection worse. Come to eventually needing his ear cleaned, the HEAD VET squeezed his ear so hard (i was there) it gave him vestibular disease that same evening. I have proof of this and the vet himself said he would take full accountability. Its beyond me why he was hired when there were numerous standard practises he couldn’t perform eg taking a blood sample without it turning into a BLOOD BATH. My poor senior cat now has a permanent head tilt due to his ear never recovering, not the mention the months of him not having a steady balance and being frightened at what was happening to him. MEDIVET HAVE DONE NOTHING TO FIX THIS. Thankfully the southwark branch has stepped in and been amazing managing his serious health issues (cushings disease, which if you know anything about feline health you know is extremely rare and dangerous). SURREY QUAYS AND MEDIVET COMPLAINTS TEAM HAVE DONE NOTHING. SURREY QUAYS MEDIVET NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN. IT IS THE WORST PRACTISE IVE EVER BEEN TO. YOU NEVER HAVE ANY STAFF. JUST GIVE UP. I’m not going to stop here. You WILL compensate us for the disability he has been left with. And you WILL be held accountable for hiring unqualified head vets.
