Vet (Sophia) extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always takes the time with my very nervous dog as do all reception staff. Staff always very welcoming.

The staff on the reception are so helpful, friendly, and made the effort to come from behind the desk to greet my over excitable doodle. in comparison to one of your other Hull Practices where the staff were blank faced, and not so warm and welcoming.

I only trust the Vets at the Chestnut /Medivet Practice Salthouse Road, Hull to operate on my Yorkshire terrier called Max. They sense my concerns and give me straight forward information upon which I can make calculated risk decisions regarding my dogs health and comfort.
