Reception staff cannot do their job properly, messing up appointments , not responding at the phone and always using the same excuse that phones are not working. I went to pick up medicine on a Saturday, when they supposed to work from 9 am to 11 am, there was no one there, was closed. There was another person waiting for the same reason . I ve tried calling them, no one responded. Bad customer service , doctors are good , but too bad they are hiring admin people with no interest. Want my pets to be safe, cannot rely on them. MEDIVET Northgate is way much better , with competent staff.

I absolutely LOVE this vet practice. They treat all of my animals wonderfully. I have an elderly Patterdale (16) a boisterous Staffy X Boxer (6) and a British shorthair Cat (1). They make it their business to make the service as friendly and as personal as possible. For both the animals and the owner. My Cat, Frances is treated like royalty when she come for her check ups! Loads of love and lots of treats! Which means she actually quite likes to go 😄 They are so patient with our Staffy. He’s super energetic and bouncy. They work around this the best way possible! My Patterdale is always treated so kindly and gently. Even though he is the grumpiest old man ever! They’re happy to listen to my concerns about his aging issues. They give him the treatment that’s best suited to him without overwhelming his old body. I cannot recommend these vets enough!

Had our cat microchipped. From the start up to the end of the process all Went perfectly. Staff were very friendly and explained everything. One happy cat and owner highly recommend This Medivet surgery.
