I had asked for an appointment with a specific vet but was seen by someone new.
The previous health check had been very lengthy this one was much quicker so did not seem as thorough.

Staff super friendly. Gave my cat treats and lots of gentle handling. Staff on the desk were super friendly and knew what they were doing. All in all an excellent visit. Thank you

I was extremely grateful to the staff as I have a very anxious cat and they helped me get an appointment to suit me and the Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant also the Vet and Nurse who treated him. I have no hesitation in recommending you.

The front area outside has been a mess for a while, totally not the teams fault but I hope somebody will get it sorted for them as it’s an eyesore and everything is perfect from service through to treatment. A great team.
