We always book our appointments with your locum vet Paul and will travel between Whitchurch and wem to see him, we travel from minsterley so is a fair way but we have 💯 connfidence in him he shows genuine concern and support for both Bertie and Bebe. He really is the best. This time was our first time visiting Whitchurch practice there was a delay whilst Paul had to deal with an emergency however staff on reception looked after us offering drinks and biscuits keeping us updated, and making sure we where okay whilst he dealt with everything so professional through out

Great staff at Medivet, Whitchurch.
We feel as though the staff know us and our dog like part of their own family.
We like that, it is more warm and welcoming.
If i saw them out i would buy them a beer.

Caring and friendly staff, met the locum this week who was very kind.
The receptionist is lovely as usual, always ready for a chat if l have any conserns.
