Had a health care plan in place that we were told is a monthly payment of £18.50 each month, I received a letter through the post saying we owe them £151.23, as apparently we agreed to a so called contract, however, WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS, all we were told was it's monthly payments nothing was said about a contract, then they said I cancelled the direct debit when in fact they cancelled it in branch to take payment there and then for the total of £18.50. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSE WHERE

Took us on as a last minute appointment for our rescue dog outside of work hours, which was lovely. We got there and the reception team were really accommodating and understanding with our nervous dog. Huge thank you to Beatriz for being so gentle and kind during the pups jab! Super impressed with this entire clinic.

Medivet looked after my little Cockerpoo called Hattie after she ran headfirst into a metal fence causing her to have spinal injury. The team at the Sutton Farm vet practice and Harlescott hospital have been amazing. I can’t thank them enough for the care they have given her and the very upset emotional owner (ME)

I visited Shrewsbury practice as I was unable to get my boy seen to at my own local centre. The staff were absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my boy Harley. Sadly we had to let him grow his angel wings, and the staff made everything peaceful. Thank you to all who helped Harley go peacefully.
