Firstly when I came in, the staff was lovely however the vet that I was seeing I didn’t like the ton that she was speaking to me, I know she wanted to help but with her ton she sounded as if we are bad owners of my dog. I really didn’t like it, and I get it my dog needs regular checks and vaccines but not everyone has the money for it now since the inflammation. Wasn’t too satisfied with my experience.

Great practice, friendly staff, but hard to access with a wheelchair. Also, nobody certified to do travel certificates.

Always a welcome and friendly service at the Wisbech branch, the great reception staff with helpful advice and getting us booked in etc, the fantastic vet Seda that had already saved my cat Miya once before! and the care from them all. Thanks very much, from me & Miya! 🐾 💐

I have 4 dobermans who adore them all now , they refuse treats but adore the cuddles and care. All staff very friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. Greatful that they so close and pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend taking any animal fur baby you love so much as they are the best I've come across all my years and can be trusted to give it their all and very best. I feel lucky I found them , and most of all safe to have all mine registered with them. 🥰
