Amazing service! My daughter took her little dog yesterday, he is already like a puppy again! I have to say, the lady on reception went above and beyond for us, such a kind woman. I was in England as crashed car recently and my daughter was in Ystrad, sobbing so hard with concern she could barely find the vets! The receptionist was sooooo friendly, kind and professional, she calmed both of us and was so helpful over the phone.(Even looked for my daughter outside!) The vet wouldn't allow my daughters phone on when our little one was examined (fair enough, I am not complaining about this, I wanted 100% attention on our pet) but I needed to know what was going on as daughter so stressed, once again the receptionist got on the phone and explained all to me.😊👌 Thankfully, our dog didn't need anything huge done to him and is his happy glowing self again, but I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Normal costs/fast service/efficient/professional/ warm and friendly.

A great practice. Professional, friendly and caring. Giving great advice (puppy plan, training advice) and support for the owner as well as fantastic care to the patient. Our puppy was oblivious to her microchipping and vaccine recently, by the power of distraction by the vet, plying her with complimentary puppy treats. A lovely team that takes care of my other dog and cat as and when required also. Highly recommended.

Have needed to use service many times over the last couple of months with my various pets. Both Sharon the receptionist and Demos the vet have been exeptional,professional,kind,funny and curteous.
