We would like to see the one at Ystradgynlais to open more than one day. We don't rate the one at Merthyr Tydfil when we went it was dreadful.

Hi, the score gave would have been a 10, this does not reflect the brilliant service we always get from the staff, we couldn’t wish for better to be honest. Just wish a vet would be available more than just a Wednesday each week as our pets can suddenly fall I’ll as we all know & Merthyr Tydfil is some distance & “time”away. Many thanks.

Popsi seemed to be in pain and she crossed the Rainbow Bridge gently as if she was going to sleep. She was about 14 and had come to me as a frightened and shabby stray. Thanks to the vet's care she had 2-5 years with us.

Vet was very friendly and helpful, took care while dealing with the cats who were quite nervous being indoor cats, and handled them with thought and with care, gave some helpful advice too
