I graduated from Harper Adams University in 2016. Following graduation, I worked at a busy 24-hour mixed animal hospital near Preston where I gained my certificate in hydrotherapy for small animals and trained as a class four laser therapist: expanding my interest in complementary therapies and rehabilitation. In addition, my rotating shifts gave me experience in emergency medicine, leading to me joining the night team at Alder in 2020 to pursue my nursing passion in emergency and critical care. Recently, I have achieved the Vets Now Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care with distinction, and I am now looking for my next academic challenge to ensure my knowledge is constantly up to date. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, rock climbing, and spending time with my rescue dog, Max.

Got an emergency appointment with Dr. G Morar for my cat's foot. The process was very smooth and it was clear that both Dr. M and the staff cared a great deal for the animals who visit. After the diagnosis Dr. M followed up and made sure I was lined up with a surgeon with my normal practice in Mossley Hill. 10/10!

I brought my furbaby in Friday morning around 12:30am. The lady on the phone was so helpful as I hadn't registered with a vet yet. My baby had eaten quite a bit of chocolate. The staff were so kind and calm (just what I needed) nothing was any trouble, we were able to take our time with our little one. Everyone was super friendly, I felt no judgement as I felt awful for not hiding the chocolate better. The ladies om reception even gave me everything I would need to help make my claim for my insurance. What an amazing night team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

First time at the practice (Medivets were recommended by the breeder). They offer a very comprehensive HCP which we have taken up which is based on the weight of the dog and covers injections/consultations etc and can be made as either an annual or monthly payment. Ours are only pups and anticipated to be less than 10kg. Parking at the practice is very limited as its also close to AlderHey hospital - we were lucky to find a parking speck right outside. Vet was lovely and staff are friendly. Practice was quiet on the day we called for our appointment but would imagine it could be very busy at times.

Disgusting attitudes from staff. I understand that they couldn’t take in the baby bat I found, we were told by Woolton vets that this place could help. If they were polite about it that would have been fine, but the way me and my father were treated was disgraceful. They made us feel like criminals for trying to save a baby animal’s life. If your staff are that immune compromised then maybe you’re in the wrong profession, since you can catch all sorts of things from domestic animals as well as wild animals. If they weren’t so snotty and dismissive of a tiny creature I wouldn’t be leaving this review. You don’t care about animals at all, you only care about money. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Have never had any problems with the vet service for my cat but just been on with them today and the machine told me I was number 3 in the queue. I’ve just put the phone down 30 minutes later after still not getting through. WTH. Every time I’m in there there’s at least 3 people behind the desk. Ridiculous.

Horrible service ! Horrible customer service experience ! First I visit another bench of the veterinary company, because my cat had dental problem that time and they super kindly advise me that they need to remove 1 teeth because she can't close her mouth and it's painful for her. They add service which nobody explain to me is 290 pounds before I've seen the invoice, which Includes dental placue treatment after they said that the machine actually doesn't work in the moment so my cat needs to wait, no because they can't remove it now but maybe because they need more free time cause they put appointment after appointment in their scammers clinic just to take as much as they can and nobody cares if these people actually have life outside their business and are forced to go work or wherever, but on the same time when we finally go to our appointment I was waiting more than 20 min the doctor to arrive to work the receptionist to comments all of their life stories,so hilarious villagers behaviour.I was shocked I feel so guilty I didn't choose another clinic after everything happened to my lovely cat. I leave her there and when I took her home after, the doctor said that they need to remove one more teeth during procedure if that's okay for me, well after the procedure what I can do, the INTRESTING PART IS when we arrive at home she have a sticky band on her paw I remove it and her skin was very unkindly shaved skin, damaged my car was extremely sad and depressed, I've check her mouth and I've seen at least 3 missing teeth. I've ask for the explanation they said that actually I'm not responsible to my cat because after the procedure I used to go again for next check, well because I already know how clinic like yours work that will NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN.They refuse the fact someone accuse abusive or unprofessional treatment to my cat on same time huge part of her skin was completely irritated and damaged.!!!!!!!! Hate you with all of my heart ❤️

I couldn't recommend them enough. I went today with my dog, other dog and children with me as we were in the car at the time, so rushed to the vet. The lady who helped us was amazing, calmed me down and was chatty with us all. The dog had calmed as soon as we got there so luckily nothing was wrong but I would definitely return if I needed to again. Thank you for your help today, I really appreciate it !
