Chorley practice is warm and friendly. The receptionist staff at Adlington though barely looked at me. I was worried and tearful but not one kind word was given, even though I was the only person there. The vet was efficient and methodical, but I am used to the kind and warmth at Chorley. I only went there as it was an emergency. Did the job but zero people skills. Chorley is far superior.

I would highly recommend Medivet adlington as I’ve never had a bad experience with them after nearly 2 years of being with them. They always treat my dog Boris with the highest standards of care and the staff could not be more welcoming. Boris loves visiting the vets, put simply due to the amazing staff who always make him feel at home and we won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Always a great experience at medivet adlington. My dog Boris is always very well taken care of and feels at home every time he visits. The staff are extremely friendly and always do their best for my pet. Would highly recommend.

It was great when you used to have a cat stand. I appreciate you weren’t able to keep the old one but perhaps you could buy a coffee table or something to rest cat carriers on so they feel less vulnerable in the waiting room when there are dogs there.

The amazing staff at the Adlington practice are all so friendly and caring for our little rabbit Bambi. He is so well looked after on every visit.
