Zophia Jones

Practice Manager

Zophia spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. Keeping everything running smoothly is more than a full time job, and on top of this Zophia is always looking for ways in which we can exceed our clients' expectations. Most of Zophia's time is spent behind the scenes supporting our team, and complements the veterinary staff. She particularly likes the diversity and challenges that occur daily, and helping owners and their companions. Outside of work Zophia is just as busy with her three boys, two dogs and cat. Unsurprisingly, the animals are easier to deal with.

They saved my dog’s life at Hillcrest Medivet Chorley Josh acted fast and explained everything and next steps very clearly. The communication whilst she was in surgery and monitored for 24hrs was second to none keeping me updated by all the staff who cared for her, I will be forever so grateful ☺️ couldn’t have asked for a better surgery to take my little cocker spaniel Luna too. On returning for aftercare checkups Luna wasn’t scared and again the staff made a fuss and treated her amazingly. 100% recommend 🐶

My cat tends to be very nervous when faced with new people or places, but the staff here always take the time to settle her down and make sure that she isn't as scared before giving her the annual check-up and jabs. It's very easy to get in touch to book an appointment, and all of the staff are very helpful should I have any questions or need any advice. I highly reccommend Medivet Adlington.
