I qualified in Romania in 2014 and worked for two and a half years with both large and small animals, before moving to Liverpool. I became the lead vet here at Medivet Aigburth in January 2019, after working for Medivet throughout the Liverpool region. I then became the branch partner here in the August of 2019. I have a special interest in soft tissue surgery and working through complicated cases. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling. At home I have two cats, one called Blackie and one called Pumpkin.

I graduated with a Bsc Geography degree in 2016 which allowed me to explore the world around me. I was then fortunate enough to be offered a position by Medivet as a Patient Care Assistant in 2021, enabling progression onto my Veterinary Nurse training in September 2022. I enjoy consults and building a rapport with both patient and client to provide the best possible care. I have recently graduated with a BSc in Animal Behaviour, and have worked for a local Animal Rescue for two and a half years. After dealing with complex medical cases in both wildlife and domestic animals at the rescue, I realised my passion lies with assisting animals in a veterinary setting. I was then fortunate enough to be able to move towards my passion as I was offered a position as a patient care assistant here at Medivet Aigburth. At home I have a tortoise called Frank, a dog called Max and a kitten called Ocean, who I hand reared from two days old.

I began my journey at Medivet Aigburth as a Patient Care Assistant, where I spent two years before moving into referral practice and hospital work. Now training as a Student Veterinary Nurse, I have developed a particular passion for inpatient care and anaesthesia. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is supporting patients through their recovery and helping them feel comfortable. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the cello and piano and at home I am kept busy by my two mischievous parrots, Bonnie and Clyde.

I've had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember. This led me to complete a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management, where I had the opportunity to work hands-on with a wide range of species. I'm now working towards my degree in Veterinary Nursing, continuing to build on my experience and knowledge every day. I have a particular interest in exotic animals and spend much of my free time caring for my geckos and my hamster, Monkey.

I had an excellent experience at Medivet Aigburth for my dog Bentleys check-up this week, and I couldn't be happier with the care we received. From the moment I booked the appointment, the reception team was friendly and efficient even giving our boy a little treat on arrival and explaining all the necessary pre-visit information clearly. When we arrived, we were seen exactly on time – a huge relief when dealing with a nervous pet! Our amazing Vet Adriana was incredibly patient and thorough. Adriana took time to listen to all my concerns about Bentleys recent energy levels, performed a detailed examination, and explained everything in simple terms I could understand. What really stood out was that nothing is ever too much when it comes to Bentleys care – knowing Bentley is a little nervous around some people and places, the whole team took extra time to let him settle in, used calming techniques, and moved at a pace that kept him comfortable throughout the visit. The nursing staff were equally kind, handling Bentley gently and making him feel at ease every step of the way. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and has clear signage and comfortable waiting areas for both Cats and dogs. Payment was straightforward, with all costs explained upfront. I would highly recommend Medivet Aigburth to any pet owner looking for professional, compassionate veterinary care – especially those with anxious pets who need that extra level of attention. Thank you always, not sure what I would do without the team at Medivet Aigburth

Adrianna was lovely and kind with my scared cat, Margot. I'm so glad to have such a reliable and caring veterinary practice so near to my home. Also, I was pleased to hear about the healthcare plan, which I joined.

The staff are just lovely. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the vets -- they all really care about the animals and their owners, (which sounds silly to say because of course they should! But so often it hasn’t been my experience hence this vet practice is a breath of fresh air).

Absolutely lovely staff. Alex is so gentle with my cat Freya. She is a scaredy cat going to the vet. He calms her and I think she likes him. Julie and Lindsay who I also saw were so very friendly
Wouldn’t go anywhere else
