Would be good to have a divider for dogs and cats in the waiting area if poss? Appreciate space is limited.

I am really disappointed with medivet. You are exploiting your customers.
My pet was prescribed cream. This was a small tube and when I heard the price was £34 I queried it straight away. This seemed extortionate. I was advised the cream was necessary. When I got home online I found the same medication priced at between £8-15. I'd like the difference reimbursed as I think this is really poor......

In vets with only a small waiting room it is not easy to separate dogs and cats .
I wonder if there is any mileage in the idea to have separate half days for dogs and cats appointments so that the cat stress level , already high , can be eased. For them to be in the presence of dogs , often barking , is very unpleasant for them.
This could not be a rigid arrangement and emergencies must always be given priority, but it may be worth considering.
As a cat owner I would be happy to be told that , for a non emergency appointment , we could go on a cats only morning , for example .
Just a thought .

Amazing Medivet was opened on Christmas Eve with normal business hours. The new vet was knowledgeable and very kind with our pet. It will be helpful to know the next 12 months plan in terms of boosters etc.
