Jason, the vet, was brilliant on my last visit with my new puppy, he's kind, considerate and really lovely with animals. He's very easy to talk to and actually listens, he's a credit to the company.

Good vet practice. They had a lack of staff a while ago but have now built back up again. The main vet, Jason, is excellent and very attentive. They also have some nice people on reception who are always happy to give the dogs a treat if we are passing.

Jay and all the team at Medivet in Ashtead are very friendly and accommodating. Jay has a natural caring nature he came across very calm and caring towards our family dog Harley. When Harley became poorly Jay saw to his needs with integrity. He always made sure that we had a good understanding of all his procedures that had to take place. When the time came to say goodbye to our beautiful Harley Jay was very compassionate. We couldn't of asked for more Jay and all the team have all been amazing.

The only vets I will go to. The staff are lovely. The treatment and diagnosis spot on and they are always mindful of the cost of medication advising on alternatives.

Awful, miserable receptionist. Held to ransom for a £250 blood test when asked for a paper prescription rather than the regular product we get for our cat, as it’s less than half the price online.

My cats have been looked after by the vets here for almost nine years. They have always received exceptional care, and the vets are always willing to answer any questions I have had. Even during the pandemic, when their resources were severely stretched, the standard of care did not drop, and I was always able to book an appointment when I needed one.

My vet Jay was amazing he was very loving to my cat molly. Even when she peed it was no trouble he said not to worry about it. Molly also was very calm around him. I hope Jay stays just as lovely as he is as he's only a young man don't loose those quality. He portrays a animal kindness that I found endearing.
