The kennels took wonderful care of our darling dog and he came back beautifully groomed. I also had the reassurance that a vet was on hand if he was taken ill and all the staff were so kind and lovely.

My two Ragdoll cats stayed a fortnight over Nov/Dec 2014. We were delighted to see that there were many other cats staying at the same time. My husband and I felt that the place but be good if there were so many people going away and putting their cats into their safe hands at this time of year - hardly high season. We were very impressed with the security - several gates to be opened and locked behind us before we could go through into the cattery section. The individual runs were easily large enough for our two big kitties. They immediately came out of their travelling boxes and started sniffing around and chatting to their neighbours. All in all, knowing that Jack and Daisy were in such good and safe hands added to our enjoyment and relaxation on our own holiday. Will definitely be booking them in again and have already recommended to several other cat and dog owners wanting holiday accommodation for their pets.

I was not happy with being charged £54.96 for taking my cats blood pressure on top of the £51.00 consultation fee. I feel I should have been told that taking a blood pressure reading was not included in the consultation and was an extra charge.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Second to non in treatment and care of my pets. All the staff are so caring knowledgeable.

I took my boy in yesturday to be neutered, and was very surprised how great he looked when he came home. They made the smallest incision, and he has minimal bruising. They put my mind at ease answering all my questions, they took fantastic care of him from start to finish. Hes now back to his normal self 12 hours later. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are friendly and very attentive xx

So far the best vet I have ever been to. But from now on I don't recommend it... I don't even want to talk about the service at the reception... I don't recommend it. The lady at the reception is very rude...
