My visit to Medivet was the most traumatic experience, my dog had overheated and was very ill. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we were there until 7 when my dog sadly passed away. It was obviously devastating. James and his team were fantastic throughout, but James was exceptional, I couldn't have asked for a better vet to be there at such a traumatic time. He was professional, kind, empathic and considered. We (the family) will always be grateful that he was there at perhaps our worse moments ever as a family. A special thanks to Claudia who went out to buy us a coffee out of her own pocket, a small thing that somehow made a big difference.

Although the service from vet and staff was excellent and would recommend you to others. The cost of treatment was very high, although not as high as my estimate, which I appreciate. It's just the general cost of vet care with all vets, seems very high. But was very needed and solved the problem with great after care too. Thank you all!

I really enjoy going to Medivet in Barnes Church Road. Every one is so kind and helpful . Hercules our cat is looked after in the best possible way and I feel cared for and listened to. They should receive a medal.
