It was our first visit and all staff where friendly and helpful and most of all a BIG thank you to Nina who was so helpful explained every thing in detail and helped me to calm down with my old gsd Shadow a big thank you and a merry Christmas to you all x

All staff are friendly and helpful whenever I telephone or visit and take great care of my dogs, one of which is very nervous.

Highly recommended. The staff at Billinge and Alder were amazing. My pet was wrongly diagnosed by another vet (mobile vet), who I once trusted. Long story short, Medivets got it right. Tia suffered weeks of pain/ discomfort due to wrong diagnosis by previous mobile vet. It wasn't kennel cough! Thank you, Medivet for promp action after the first visit (immediate referral to Alder) - the investigation and treatment) The staff are amazing at Medivet. Nina, Elena and Adam are amazing. Outstanding! Thank you to the team (all amazing) for everything. This for my Tia and previously my Mya and Stella 🙏

Amazing vet who spent so long getting to know our dog on our initial visit. A long term health problem our dog has faced is being treated in under a week. The attention the vet gave is more than we could have asked for, recommend 10000 times

Five star treatment for my girl. Life saving diagnosis and treatment and follow up service. The most lovely staff. Not the cheapest which is hard at times but certainly worth it for the treatment we have received.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Medivet team in Billinge & in particular vet Nina for caring for our beautiful little boy Alfie (Westie) over the last few years & in particular the last 2 years when he has had to have various surgeries & procedures. The care, love & compassion that you show towards our beloved animals is second to none. What makes you even more amazing (Nina) is the fact that you travelled over to Alder Hey Medivet practice after you had finished your day to perform an emergency scan when there was nobody available at the Alder Hey Veterinary Hospital to perform it. Even though we have now had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our gorgeous boy, your veterinary skills kept him with us for 12 months longer than we though we would have him & for that, we are eternally grateful. THANK YOU ❤️

Outstanding vet clinic. Dr Nina is one of the best, if not the best veterinary professionalists I had pleasure to encounter. She took very good care of my dog after it got attacked, explained all my doubts and did it with friendly attitude.

The vet (Elena) was wonderful with my cat, very thorough in her examination of him and explained the possible treatments available and associated costs. Very impressed!
